Throughout the years Economy has been committed to excellence, and maintains that commitment by updating operations with computerized design, estimating and project cost programs.

Image1928: Arnold N. O’Brien founds Economy as a coal company in Keene, N.H.

1938: Economy diversifies into coal and oil business.

1948: Economy expands into installing heating systems.

1960: Economy emerged as a plumbing and heating contractor and incorporated in 1966.

1980: Economy introduces Controtech (automatic temperature controls).

Image2000: Economy Plumbing and Heating Inc. adopts trade names Economy Mechanical and Economy Mechanical Service.
